- Have you been banned before on any of our servers?: Not Sure What servers you Host but i will say no, but if i am banned it was a very very long time ago and i am unaware of the reason why i was banned

- What is your motivation/reason for applying?: i believe i can help achieve other players of Hylics Networks experience good fair and immersive role play and make sure everyone is having fun and enjoying playing on Hylics Networks, i also believe i am well respected across everyone i interact with and the people i help and play with them giving me complements of my ability to communicate well with others but also with them sending constructive criticism of things i need to work on and i quietly fix my imperfections.
- Do you have any previous staffing experience?: i have had very few to none staff experience but i have had a lot of friends and others who are or who have been staff previously showing me how to do simple basics of staffing and what it looks like so i am familiar to staffing in the sense of how everything looks and what to do and what not to do but besides that i don't have any staffing experience.
Problem solving Detail step by step the actions you will take Below!
- Someone RDM's and you are currently Off-duty. How do you handle this?: i would go to the person that RDM'ed the player telling him what he did was wrong and is not allowed on the server and that he could face further punishments if he continues to RDM or break any additional server rules. After i exsplane any questions or concernes with the RDM'er i would go ask the person that was RDM'ed if he would like me to warn the player that RDM'ed him or to just let him off and for him to give forgiveness for the RDM'ed and let them go their separate ways.
- You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing often, What do you do?: i would contact his higher up and duiscuss with them what the staff has done and what should be done of it and i would tell the person being staff abused to make a staff app about what has happened and i could help them with any evidence of that staff member abusing their staff permissions.
This is XPann out, i hope i can be one on the staff team and help all players on Hylics Networks staff and civilian players all experience a good immersive role play session.
